1) Contact your four selected recommenders to confirm they can write and submit a letter before the November 1 deadline. Notify them to expect an email from the Harvey Fellows Program with detailed instructions. Recommenders are required to upload their letter online. In addition, each recommender will need to send a hard copy to our office at:

2) Input below the four recommenders who have agreed to submit recommendations for you. You may submit fewer than four invitations at one time, and return later to submit the remaining invitations. You may not submit more than four.

3) If later you learn that an individual you invited cannot serve as a recommender, you may send an invitation to a new individual below.

4) You will receive email confirmation from the Harvey Fellows Program of received recommendation letters. Once you receive confirmation that all four letters have been received, confirm that the recommenders who submitted letters match those listed in your application. All recommendation letters must be submitted by the deadline for your application to be complete. We suggest you do not submit your application until your recommenders have submitted their letters.
